Romani Akademie: Collective knowledge and practice

The Romani Academy is a four-year project that combines digital learning with face-to-face formats. Our hybrid learning platform offers a collective space for political education from an intersectional feminist Romani perspective.

OUR OFFER

Digital learning platform: We are developing a centralised digital education platform that enables flexible learning.

Diverse educational content: Our modules cover topics such as intersectionality, empowerment, leadership and educational work critical of racism. There is a particular focus on the history of the movement, engagement and Romani and Sinti self-organisation.

Participatory approach: Development is needs-orientated and cross-generational in close cooperation with people from our communities.

For whom?

Our offer is aimed at our communities for knowledge preservation and knowledge transfer as well as for empowerment work and at all educators, educational institutions and multipliers in the field of intersectional or racism-critical work.
