JOKESI Club is the first German-language children’s book series with Romani and Sinti characters as the heroines of the story.

The JOKESI Club book series will be published by the newly founded book publisher omobooks Verlag from 2023.

omobooks Verlag wants to offer all (young) people books that make different realities of life visible. Especially those that are often invisible. The focus here is not on situations or people, but on their own voices.

Tayo is also politically active in various communities of color. Further information on her artistic work can be found at www.tayo-online.de.
